Are there any set up or cancellation fees?
No! There are no setup costs and you’re free to cancel at any time with no fees. If you ever decide to return, you’re always welcome back.
What happens if I pass on your plan?
Ongoing maintenance plays an important role in keeping your website secure, up to date, and performing well over time.
Without regular updates and support:
- Your site may become slower and less optimized, which can impact performance, user experience, and search visibility
- Plugins, themes, and WordPress itself can become outdated, one of the most common causes of security vulnerabilities
- Backups and restore points may not be in place, making it difficult to recover your site if something goes wrong
- You won’t have access to regular reporting on traffic, page views, and overall site performance
- You may not have a dedicated point of contact for updates, troubleshooting, or ongoing improvements
While you’re always free to manage this on your own, the maintenance plan is designed to provide consistent care and support so your website continues to run smoothly and evolve alongside your business.
Does my monthly update time roll over?
Update time is allocated on a monthly basis and does not roll over. This helps ensure consistent availability for all clients on the plan.
What if my site gets hacked while on the plan?
In the unlikely event that your site is compromised while on the plan, I’ll take care of resolving the issue and restoring your site at no additional cost.
Preventative measures are always in place to reduce this risk, but if anything does happen, you’ll have support to get things back on track quickly.
What if I have updates that require more than 1 hour?
I’ll always aim to complete updates within the included time. If additional work is needed, I’ll provide a clear estimate beforehand and complete the extra work at an hourly rate.
What if I pass on the plan and my site gets hacked?
If your site needs to be restored or cleaned, I can help with a one-time recovery service for a $250 cleanup fee. After that, we can set up a maintenance plan to help prevent future issues and keep everything running smoothly.
How fast do you get to the monthly updates?
Most updates are completed within 24–48 hours. Clients on my maintenance plan are prioritized to ensure timely support whenever updates or changes are needed.
